Refund policy
At Goddess Hair, quality is our standard — not an option.
Every wig and hair unit is carefully inspected before it is approved for sale. We thoroughly examine texture, density, lace construction, stitching, and overall finish to ensure that only premium-quality products reach our customers. Any unit that does not meet our strict quality standards is immediately returned to our supplier.
Because of the nature of our products and for hygiene and health protection reasons, Goddess Hair does not accept returns or exchanges once a wig has been delivered.
All sales are final.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene regulations and the intimate nature of hair products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wigs that have been worn
• Units with lace cut or altered
• Hair that has been washed, styled, brushed, or customized
• Items without original packaging
• Sale or promotional items
QUALITY GUARANTEE
We stand firmly behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective due to a manufacturing fault, or if you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Description of the issue
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with South African consumer protection regulations.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
