ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

• Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
We may offer free nationwide shipping on qualifying orders during promotional periods. Any such offers will be clearly stated on our website.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Goddess Hair is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information, additional courier charges may apply for re-delivery.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered to the provided address.
